Description:
Scientific Justification: To support SPICE observations taken during a Solar Orbiter "Fast Solar Wind Connection SOOP" with spectroscopic observations of plasma flows and composition measurements. Similar to HOP 472 with updated dates/Times and observation studies detailed below.
